Can you identify this pill?
risperidone
desvenlafaxine
famotidine

(epocrates)—Azedra (iobenguane I 131) is a radiopharmaceutical agent approved for the tx of adult and pediatric pts ≥12 yo w/ locally advanced or metastatic pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma who require systemic anticancer tx.

Iobenguane is structurally similar to the neurotransmitter norepinephrine and is subject to the same uptake and accumulation pathways as norepinephrine. Drugs that reduce catecholamine uptake or deplete catecholamine stores may interfere w/ iobenguane uptake into cells and therefore alter the dosimetry calculations or efficacy of iobenguane I 131.

Which drug could interfere with dosimetry calculations or the efficacy of iobenguane I 131?
treprostinil
trabectedin
teriflunomide
trametinib
tramadol
You are correct. Tramadol inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine/serotonin and thus may interfere w/ iobenguane I 131 uptake into target tissues. Discontinue tramadol at least 5 half-lives (32-40h) before administering dosimetry or therapeutic iobenguane I 131 infusion; avoid combo for at least 7 days after iobenguane I 131.
