Offer vaccine to people at risk or who anticipate exposure. Vaccines available from strategic national stockpile. Jynneos preferred over ACAM2000 due to contraindications and side effects.<sup>1</sup> Don’t use ACAM2000 if advanced HIV dz/other immunosuppression/pregnant/heart dz.<sup>2</sup>
