<b>Pregnant pts:</b> Encourage them to receive <a href=https://online.epocrates.com/e/deeplink/drugs/10a11148/Abrysvo><u><b>Abrysvo (respiratory syncytial virus vaccine (RSVpreF))</b></u></a> at 32-36 wk gestation during RSV season (Sept.-Jan. in most of the U.S.). <b>Don’t use Arexvy (RSVPreF3) in pregnant pts.</b> Administration of both Abrysvo to pregnant pts and nirsevimab to infants isn’t needed in most cases.¹
