Don’t give palivizumab later in the same RSV season. However:<br>
◦ <b>If an infant has already received <5 palivizumab doses for the season:</b> Give 1 dose of nirsevimab. No further palivizumab should be administered.<br>
◦ <b>If palivizumab was administered in season 1 and the child is eligible for RSV ppx in season 2:</b> Give nirsevimab (if available) in season 2. If it’s not available, give palivizumab as previously recommended.
