<b>Infants born shortly before and during the RSV season:</b> Aim for nirsevimab administration in the 1st wk of life. May occur during the birth hospitalization or in the out-pt setting. Infants w/ prolonged birth hospitalizations because of prematurity or other causes should receive nirsevimab shortly before or promptly after d/c.
