Nirsevimab vaccination in infants is <b>recommended</b> when the infant meets 1 of the following criteria:<br>
&nbsp;◦ <8 mo born outside of RSV season (i.e., Apr.-Sept.)<br>
&nbsp;◦ born <14 days after parental RSV vaccination<br>
&nbsp;◦ born at <34 wk gestation<br>
&nbsp;◦ <8 mo born during or entering their 1st RSV season whose parent wasn’t vaccinated during pregnancy<br>
&nbsp;◦ parent’s receipt of RSV vaccine is unknown<br>
&nbsp;◦ 8-19 mo at increased risk for severe RSV dz and entering their 2nd RSV season, even if the parent was vaccinated
