Nirsevimab vaccination <b>may be considered</b> for infants born to vaccinated parents <i>in rare circumstances</i>, such as the following:<br>
&nbsp;◦ Parent might not have mounted an adequate immune response to vaccination (e.g., they have an immunocompromising condition)<br>
&nbsp;◦ Parent has a condition associated w/ reduced transplacental Ab transfer (e.g., HIV infection)<br>
&nbsp;◦ Infant might have experienced loss of parental Ab (e.g., by having undergone cardiopulmonary bypass or ECMO)<br>
&nbsp;◦ Infant is at substantially increased risk for severe RSV dz (e.g., has hemodynamically significant congenital heart dz, or was admitted to the ICU and requires O<sub>2</sub> at hospital d/c)
