<b>Gail Model.</b> Not recommended by ACS.<sup>6</sup> Limitations: limited use in non-White population, not for age <35 yo, considers only fraction of FHx data, does not include rad tx, underestimates risk in those w/ known <i>BRCA1/2</i>, strong FHx of breast or ovarian CA, or hx of AH. Shouldn’t be used to identify <i>BRCA</i>-related CA risk.<sup>4</sup>
